HR Administrator

We are searching for a reliable team member for our enthusiastic staff. Renobuild Group welcomes experienced HR administrators who are fond of tasks related to human resource management and administration.

HR Administrator Responsibilities

  • Coordination and management of clients’ human resources;
  • Support of different HR processes;
  • Optimization of employee life cycles;
  • A search of the candidates for interviews at the client’s request;
  • Updating the HR system;
  • Undertaking DBS checks;
  • Responding to HR system queries.

HR Administrator Specifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration;
  • Master or Bachelor in the field of administration, management, or marketing;
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office programs;
  • The ability to be exceptionally attentive to details;
  • The opportunity to meet deadlines and prioritize the main goals and tasks;
  • CIPD 3-5 grade completion.
