HR Administrator Responsibilities
- Coordination and management of clients’ human resources;
- Support of different HR processes;
- Optimization of employee life cycles;
- A search of the candidates for interviews at the client’s request;
- Updating the HR system;
- Undertaking DBS checks;
- Responding to HR system queries.
HR Administrator Specifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration;
- Master or Bachelor in the field of administration, management, or marketing;
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office programs;
- The ability to be exceptionally attentive to details;
- The opportunity to meet deadlines and prioritize the main goals and tasks;
- CIPD 3-5 grade completion.
